I figured I'd put something up on add-on's I thought were good or use:
Quest Helper : Does what it says, it tries to get you going in the right direction for your quests. It is annoying at times, but it's worked well for me

Visual Heal : This lets you see incoming total healing on yourself and others, thus helping to prevent over healing and letting people know that their heal is on the way
Vuh'Do : Much like heal bot, it pulls up a grid array of your raid/party and with a simple click you can heal them
Omen : This is a threat meter to help you keep tab of how much agro you have and helps you decide wether you should back off the dps a bit or use some of your threat producing abilities
There are a few others that I've used like auctioneer and such, but they probably won't work on our crazy realm =P
