Parking is one of the most important things that you need to look out for when booking a conference or wedding venue. Typically delegates attending local or regional events pay for their own parking expenses so be sure to check where they can find parking, and how much it will cost them. Selecting a venue located right outside a city centre may allow for good public transportation connections as well as cut the time your delegates coming by car will need to spend stuck in traffic. Thinking in advance about your delegates transportation needs can avoid all the nasty glares that you would receive on your event day, if your delegates had to walk long distances, pay extraordinary prices for valet parking or spend hours stuck in city traffic.
