I seek commission as an officer because it's a logical means to gain a larger guild, more participation, and more of a chance to progress in game. I am passionate about World of Warcraft and The Legionaires of AnLushan. I have found others who have the same passion and have given me opportunities I haven't had yet, even in retail. I started retail Oct 2004, and have played off and on since then. About 2 months ago I started on this server, and I have been with the same types of guilds as on retail, give you and invite and leave you hang out to dry (special thanks to Valia, Loltotems, and Nubiebubie). I feel as if people actually care about my progression and are happy to help me.
If I do gain a commission, I'd like to be considered as a guild bank manager, (although I'm unsure what to call myself using your naming convention) someone to perform these tasks:
Make sure that all contents make sense.
Go through and clean up Guild Bank (from here on referred as GB) weekly.
Sell contents (either vendor or AH) and deposit and equal amount of gold into GB.
Proceeds going towards more tabards, and mats for bags.
Help lower levels gain access to GB by giving items (maybe for small silver/gold donation).
My Vision Statement for the GB:
The guild bank should be equal to the generosity of it's members and open to all that need help, and yet protect itself against raping/pillaging of items and gold.
I have some ideas about how to clean up the GB, but I'd like to discuss those with Khul to make sure that they jive with his feelings.

A direct promotion from Raider to Chieftain would be unorthodox, but you have a lot of experience. Normally I only promote from legionnaire or higher. Here is your task to earn Legionnaire: Get 10 more people to sign up for the forum, and at least 10 votes saying you are worthy of the huge level skip. I hope that doesn't sound unfair, but I know it can be done.
Also: those votes have to be from legionnaires or higher in our guild.
Then, once you have earned your Legionnaire status I will tell you what must be done to earn a commission.
If any of these tasks seem absurd, or were not clearly explained please let me know.

As it is now a tab in the guild bank is assigned to each officer. Although we've had to constantly purge a lot of lower grade items and gear; we've prevented entire overhauls ,like previously.
It is awesome to see that you would be another attentive member able to keep order and spread our requests to not fill our guild bank with non appealing / useful junk.
you have my vote for your next rank Nikkon.

I'm going to give it to you Nikk/war. Both of my high marshals, and almost all of my officers vouch for you. You need to organize the Gbank ASAP. Work with Deth on making sure things are in their proper place.
Your first specific task is to bump our guild thread on the legacy website with whatever you deem appropriate or fair. As long as it's bumped.
