-at least 20 dungeons/raids sucessfully ran as main tank with loltotems, rowen, potatobob, valia, nikkon, jastina, nubiebubie, jizzer, most of Deth's alts. having as guests mozy, rklawo, ahariman, psyclone, psyclops, aviker, meatloaf, slashndash, doctical, knives, req, phoenixblade.
-one successfull guild invite, not through me (dont have enough rank) but i did the rest of the process.
-lvl 80
-highly active
-likes pvp

You should make your application using the template Khul has here: http://loa.forumsland.com/loa-about4.html.
Personally I don't care if they're not in the format but Khul does, and he's boss.

Krouk , anyone is able to invite another to the guild after they are in it. Rank doesnt matter for that .
revamp your application a little for Khul to see and just add the names of the ones you invited rocker .
youll be nailed with a rank up the second after that
